Working with Groups
From SchemeServe Wiki
SchemeServe Groups allow you to create a named Group into which you can drop Agents and Clients.
It allows you to work with an association or any other type of tag that you might like to apply to either an Agent or a Client. For instance, you might have your best Agents all in one group, or your worst.
An Agent can be in more than one group at once, so you could, for instance, put an Agent in a group called "Authorised Representative" and also "Good Agent".
You can also use this to control exports of Agents and Clients from the Agents or Clients tabs. This is particularly useful for exporting only a sub-set of Agents or clients in order to e-mail them. You can also run reports purely for a given group.
The groups are given colours, and they shown up on the search and the View Case pages.
Create groups in Admin > Groups, then apply them via the View Agent or View Client pages.
