Viewing Reports

Deep within SchemeServe's core is an advanced reporting system designed for rapidly retrieving policy data from the thousands of Cases and customers stored in the database. Performance has always been a limiting factor in Insurance reporting systems. SchemeServe has been designed to operate at an extremely high speed delivering the data you need without the wait normally associate with reporting systems.

To access the reports click on the Reports Tab.

There are 2 tabs, the first is a graphical summary of your business, pie charts and line graphs which can be clicked on to drill down into the data giving you a true feel for how your business is performing.

The second is a more traditional criteria based system. Enter the type of report you want to create, specify the Scheme, the Insurer, the Agent and the date range, or any combination of these and then press the View Report button. You can also press the Download CSV button to get an Excel CSV file instead if you wish to save the output in another format, import into another source and want to carry out further calculations.

All reports are in the Tabular Bordereau format and are defined per Master Account. These designs are fixed at this time however there will be a designer in a future release.
