User Types and Permissions

User Types

There are two types of user in Schemeserve - PowerUsers and Administrators.

PowerUsers - would generally be general broking and support staff, possibly outside of a managerial position and who do not have any control over the set up and maintenance of Schemeserve.

Administrators - These would normally be senior management and IT staff who have direct control over the basic set up of Schemeserve.

The number of Administrators should be limited as much as possible as changes which are made by mistake can be difficult to reverse and in some instances will be live on the system instantly.

Delete a Case record of any kind.
