Note: This section of the SchemeServe guide takes you through the basic reports and into developing your own reports. To get the most from this section it is highly recommended that you read through each component in order. To help with this we have labelled each section with a number in the “see also” section.

When you click on the Reports Tab you will be presented with 2 clearly defined areas on the reports screen the first is a graphical summary of your business. These a pie charts and line graphs that have been developed to offer a very high-level view of your business and the Schemes it uses are performing.

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click the Reports Tab
  3. Select the date for the report using the drop down menu in the "At a Glance" row
  4. Click the Next and Previous Links to move between reports

The default date is set to the current month – however, you can simply use the drop down menu in the row marked “At a glance” to change the date to a different month.

It shows how many have gone “On Cover” (taken up), how many have been “Quoted”, how many are still “Pending” (including any quotations from previous months”, how many have not been taken up “NTU” and how many have been “Declined”.

Renewal Conversions

If you have any existing clients coming up for renewal on their policies then their statistics will be shown in this box. It shows how many have gone “On Cover” (taken up), how many have been “Quoted”, how many are still “Pending” (including any quotations from previous months”, how many have not been taken up “NTU” and how many have been “Declined”.

Note: The area remains blank in the case of no activity in the month, this can be seen in the video tutorial too.
