Switching Agent for an existing Case

Sometimes Agents will need to be changed on a Case. For example; the original Agent may be bought out by a larger Agent.
Changing an Agent
Note: This must be carried out on a case-by-case basis, there is no bulk switching facility at this moment in time.
- Log in to SchemeServe as an Administrator
- Search for the Case you need
- Click the Switch Button
- Enter the Agent ID for the new Agent
- Click the Save Button
