Permanently Deleting a Renewal/Adjustment/New Premium

If you make a mistake creating a Renewal, an Adjustment or a New premium - all is not lost.

You can easily remove them.

Find the Case with the adjustment you'd like to delete, make sure you have the correct adjustment selected in the history drop down list. Then press the Delete this Record button at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompted to confirm that you really want to delete the adjustment.

All records relating to the deleted adjustment are also deleted. This includes all notes.

This function can only be carried out by an Administrator.
