Jumping straight to a specific Case

From SchemeServe Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search

SchemeServe provides the flexibility to preview a specific Case. This saves time and negates the need to search through a Case list. The 'Jump to Record' Feature can be used if you are signed into SchemeServe as a Master Account Holder or Sub-Agent.

A SchemeServe Case Number is generated using 3 areas of the system and looks like this - 'FAR10-150890-C'. They are;

1) 'FAR10' - This is the short name the system gives to the Client when a Client is created.

2) '150890' - This is generated automatically by the system.

3) 'C' - This is the optional Prefix you give to a Scheme. If you decide not to use a Scheme Prefix, this will not form part of the Case Number.

It's important you are aware of this information because there are only two combinations available to you when jumping to an individual Case. They are;

1) The automatically system generated number - '150890'.

2) The entire Case Number - 'FAR10-150890-C'.

Using the 'Jump to Record' Feature

Sign into SchemeServe as a Master Account Holder or Sub-Agent.

From the 'Cases' Tab, place the cursor in the 'Jump to Record' Field.

Enter the entire Case Number or just the automatically system generated number.

The system will display the Case on screen for review.
