How to customise your Get Quote process
It is possible to amend the screens shown during the “Get Quote” process in SchemeServe. This allows you to show custom messages and custom screen layouts that are completely tailored to your own business.
To do this you will need to create four templates in the documents editor:
- Quotation Summary
- Quotation Summary Referral
- Quotation Summary Full
- Quotation Summary OnCover
Please note: The documents must be given the titles above – any changes and they will not function properly.

Quotation Summary
This document is generated when the quick quote questions are completed and will normally detail the premium that is quoted. This document is displayed when: The Scheme IS SET to AutoOnCover BUT NOT when a Refer is triggered.
Quotation Summary Referral
This document is generated when a refer is triggered.
Quotation Summary Full
This document is generated when the Scheme IS NOT SET to AutoOnCover BUT NOT when a Refer is triggered.
Quotation Summary OnCover
This document is generated when the Scheme IS SET to AutoOnCover AND a payment has been collected successfully BUT NOT when a refer is triggered OR the payment collection fails.
Customised Documents – All Schemes
You can apply these documents to individual Schemes or to all Schemes. If you have a template on all Schemes – this will be used if there is no template on an individual Scheme
Customised Documents – Dynamic Fields
You can design these documents to use dynamic fields that display data that has been captured during the Get Quote process.
