Editing existing Claims

To edit a saved Claim, find the Case for the Claim then select the Claims tab and click on the name of the Claim.

Or use the Jump to Claim feature on the Claims tab.

This will open the Claim in the edit window. Any details can be edited.

The only field which cannot be modified is the Claim Status. This is a dynamically set field.

To set a Claim to Settled, place a Settled date against the Claim.

Incidentally, if you've accidentally settled the Claim, you can un-settle it by removing the settled date.
