Auditing with SchemeServe

To audit the activity of your staff and automatic events that are happening on your Cases (be they quotations or Cases), you can use the Activity tab.
First find a Case, using the Cases search when logged in to SchemeServe.
Once you are viewing a Case, click the Activity tab.
You will see a list of events that have happened for this Case, with person responsible, date and time.
