Auditing Changes to Cases

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click on the Cases Tab
  3. Find the Case
  4. Click the View Button
  5. Click the Activity Tab

All amendments on an account are recorded on this screen including payment changes, documents generated, quotations processed, etc.
