In order to give a sub-agent the option to pay by invoice you need to enable invoicing within the scheme and then authorize the individual agent to pay by invoice.

It works like this:

# In the Scheme Editor select "Invoice" as an additional payment method for any given scheme, which gives selected brokers the option to pay by cheque or bank payment.
+
== Setting up Invoicing in a Scheme ==
# On the Edit Broker page specify that a given broker is allowed to pay by invoice by ticking the box called "Allow this broker to settle invoices by cheque or bank payment."

If options 1 and 2 are satisfied at the point a sub-broker Gets a new Quote, he/she will have the option (but not obligation) to be invoiced by pressing "Invoice Me". If you also set-up the scheme to allow card payments, they could alternatively choose to pay by card instead. Any brokers who are not permitted by you to pay in this way or are using schemes for which you have not enabled the option will be unaffected and will have to pay by card and/or DD depending on the options selected in the Scheme Editor.

NB: However the broker decides to pay, you will always be able to see the payment method used and account on payments (no matter the combination and diversity of them) via the Transactions listed on the Money tab when viewing the quotation/policy and via the existing Ledger reports.
