Agent Users Types and Permissions

Introduction

Note: This article is about Agent staff user accounts. For information on user accounts for your internal staff, see User Types and Permissions.


Creating a new Agent user account

  1. To create a new User log into SchemeServe
  2. Click Agents
  3. Find the Agent you are interested in adding a user for
  4. Select Manage Users for this Agent
  5. Click on the Add New button
  6. Complete the details as necessary
  7. Click on Save Changes

Your changes will now be saved and a welcome email sent to the user.


Modifying an existing Agent user account

  1. To amend a user log into SchemeServe
  2. Click Agents
  3. Find the Agent you are interested in adding a user for
  4. Select Manage Users for this Agent
  5. Find the User required from the list and click on the Edit icon
  6. Complete the details as necessary
  7. Click on Save Changes

Your changes will now be saved.


User Types & Permissions

Unlike with your internal staff users, there are no permission levels for Agent users. This means that all Agent user accounts have the same level of security privileges within their organisation.
